Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at brazensho@163.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange

  3. Our team will review your request and send you detailed return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item)

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance

  • Brazensho is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
